Honestly me and my family have been dying for this restaurant to open back up and now that it has, we have not been disappointed. The food 10/10, the drinks 10/10, the atmosphere 10/10. I do recommend the churrasco with tostones and the Paloma de tamarindo.

We ordered a to go tray for our Super Bowl party, and everything was excellent! Everyone worked so hard to ensure we left happy. I cannot wait to return and dine in.

Okay, I travel alot. And eat out often at some nice places. If your in the N. Charleston, SC area, you gotta try this place! I do have to say, I was very pleased. Great food, great atmosphere, nice and clean! And great friendly staff! I had one of my favorite Puerto Rican dishes. “Arroz Blanco Con Bacalao” very friendly staff. After the owners Sister served me, she asked me “take a good look at that plate, what’s missing” I came back with “uno Madurito Al Lao” she no, mejor “Un Pelaso de Aguacate” and just like that, boom! She puts it on my plate! That’s what I’m talking bout! You gotta check this place out. It’s worth it for sure. Gracia mamita por quidarme bien <3

Finally I get to give 5 stars that's very well deserved From looking at the exterior within itself...I already knew this place would be pretty good. There's also lots of outside patio space as well. Now once you get inside...the pleasant smell of authentic Spanish food aroma hits you right in the face as soon as you walk in. It's very spacious and cleanly inside. The food portions are delightful... you definitely get your money's worth. Everything was seasoned to perfection... I'm talking like finger licking good Wonderful staff and the owner looks like a very sweet lady. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed...trust me! Well done staff

Super excited to find Manjar!! The Pernil & amarillos were absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly. My only issue was that my rice tasted burnt. I don't know if I got the "bottom of the pot", but the burnt taste was overwhelming for me. My mom, son and daughter did not have the same issue. Regardless, we would definitely return for another round!

The service was very good. The young lady behind the cash register was very attentive. And very friendly the food tasted okay. It didn't take me back to the island or anything but it was passable. It just seemed like either it was left out too long or it was cooked just a bit too long. Don't get me wrong I still ate it, it tasted good, but it's nothing that I'm running back to.

This place is great! The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. They bring out different dishes throughout the day. I had Ox tail. I haven't had that in years! Very tender and flavorful. The black beans and rice with peas were delicious. Plates are $14.99 or $19.99. There is a full bar.

Served cafeteria style, the food was hot and full of flavor. The server was very friendly and made our first time visit a breeze. As a Latina, I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're missing home cooking. The pernil was slightly dry but we did get the last of it. The chicken stew was amazing and so tender. Black beans-delicious! Definitely recommend and will be back. Now if I could just find a place that makes pernil sandwiches...
